Our client purchased this unit in shell condition with the intention of setting up a high class restaurant. IntelliArch Ltd were instructed to produce concept ideas for installation of a mezzanine floor and fit out the inside of the property.

This work is now completed and currently waiting for next stages of our work to commence.
