Our client purchased this typical 1930 style 3-bedroom semi-detached house to make a long-term family resident.

The property was in very poor condition and required full refurbishment. IntelliArch Ltd was instructed to apply for planning permission and oversee the works from start to completion.

We produced number of concept ideas to the client. The final design was agreed with the client and we submitted the planning application to the local authority.

The planning application was secured and we moved to producing the building regulations package as well as the designing all the necessary structural elements of the property.

IntelliArch Ltd was also instructed to go out to tender to find a suitable contractor which was followed on to a full contract administrating the works to the completion.
