This is large site with approximately 27 acres of the land around it. The site has number of outbuildings and a gate house.

IntelliArch Ltd was instructed to produce concept ideas for the client and then apply for planning permission for the gate house, tennis court and fencing around the site.

Our instructions then followed on to producing the building regulations package and contract administrating the works.
